I help colleagues develop empathy for their customers and create frameworks that guide decisions along the product development cycle.​

 

My work is grounded in the social sciences and humanities, and plays well with data science.

I work in private tech, government, and non-profit spaces, and am the rare bird that can thrive at the intersection of all three.

 

I'm also an urbanist and policy wonk, with experience in 20+ countries.

 

Today, I continue to work globally and am based in Los Angeles, California.
